That means we take on the tenancy as a business, pay guaranteed rent, and look after the property, which gives landlords a hands-off, reliable income. What you'll do: Visit as many letting agents as you can in Birmingham over roughly 7 hours. At each branch, ask to speak briefly with the branch manager or lettings manager, introduce the company using the short script I'll provide, and find out whether they have landlords who might be interested in company lets. Leave a flyer or business card (I'll send these to you in advance, or you can print them from a PDF). Who to focus on: Please prioritise smaller, independent letting agents. They tend to be more flexible and more open to company lets. Larger chains and franchise branches are less likely to say yes, but you're welcome to visit them if they're on your route. What I need back: Please fill in a simple Google Sheet (I'll share the link) for every branch visited, with the agent name and address, whether it's independent or a chain, the name and role of the person you spoke to, their email and phone number, their interest level (Yes / Maybe / No), and any comments, such as types of property they manage or objections they raised. Bonus: An extra £100 if three or more of the agents you visit become genuine leads. A lead is an agent who confirms they're interested and agrees to a follow-up call or meeting with me, with their contact details recorded on the sheet. I'll confirm leads by contacting the agents within 14 days of your visit, and pay the bonus once three are confirmed. Ideal tasker: Experience in sales, lettings, estate agency or business development is a big plus.
