Looking for an experienced Legionella / Water Hygiene specialist to carry out regular inspections and testing across 10–20 small veterinary practices in Central London (each site under 10 rooms). Works to include outlet temperature checks, TMV servicing, testing of backflow prevention devices (DCVS/SCVS where required), descaling of outlets, full compliance records for each site, and identification/removal of dead legs if needed (to be quoted separately). This is ongoing work for the right contractor. Must have relevant experience, certification, insurance, and be able to provide clear compliance reports.
