Concrete removal handled separately — just break into small chunks ready for removal. (Optional job to discuss move all broken up concrete with wheelbarrow to front drive to be removed by third party) Job 3 — Wheelbarrow & spread topsoil 6-7 bulk bags (~4.5m³) delivered to front of house, needs wheelbarrowing ~12m down side passage to rear garden. Spread and rake level to 150mm depth across cleared slab area, ready for turf. Job 4 — Tidy & reinstate garden beds 3 border beds + 2 raised beds. All need weeds dug out, black weed membrane laid, topsoil topped up (1 bag supplied) and plastic edging installed along bed/lawn border.
