We need to level our garden which has a slight slopes at different points. We want to implement a leveling and increase the patio area in the best way possible. There is time/date limit to manage the work on ourside. But we need some worked who has experiences on landscaping and garden leveling with all the tools and techs. I need to have my rear garden dug and excavated to make the area level and use able. Likely to need a digger or appropriate equipment to move existing earth and soil within and possible removal.

I need someone with a digger to dig out and remove grass soil and schrubs from my garden to level the lawn and make way for retaining walls to be built either side and support the removed soil and earth. Side access will be provided although quite a minimal width for any digger which must be small enough to fit through the access. Preferably for the bulk of the earth to be removed although some can be distributed within the garden for ease.

3-Bed Cottage / 1 bathroom This is an end-of-tenancy house clean. HOUSE WILL BE EMPTY of FURNISHINGS & BELONGINGS, so easy access to everything. Estimate total cleaning time = 8 hours. INCLUDED: Every room in the house needs to be cleaned to a good domestic standard, i.e. hoovering, washing down kitchen cupboard fronts, wiping shelves, clean fridge, wiping window sills, cleaning 1x bath, 1x shower, 2x toilets, etc. All internal. NOT INCLUDED: A full "professional clean" is NOT required (e.g. no curtain or carpet washes), and only basic range cooker & oven clean (not too thorough), no window cleaning except where really necessary. No outside cleaning. The house will be vacated on 16/3/23 so will be empty and available for access from late on that day and all day on Fri 17/3. Cut the remaining part of trees: I've cut most of the bushes and trees but some parts are remaining, and they can be further chopped and removed. 2. Leveling and filing up uneven spots: There is a small area (roughly around 700 cm x 700 cm) filled with water which can be filled up with any material. Level the area, tidy it up 3: Removal of rubbish and garden waste: Clear existing rubbish & garden waste in a small garden and one planter from the front/entrance to be collected before the area can be prepared for pavement. You will need to be 2 people with either truck or a skip for this. There is access/entry available from back side into the garden. 4. One of the fences is broken and depending on some factors (condition/cost of new fence etc), either fix the single fense or replace the complete fence on one of the side (roughly around 8 metres). 5. Prepare for paving: I would like paving - tiles & pebbles on both sides after removing a layer, drainage (if required), laying sheet & material to stop future growth of grass & plants. It's a small garden with width around 3.4 metres and length roughly around 8 metres. 6. Paving: Tiles & pebbles in garden/backyard after it's prepared. Note: - You can quote a price with or without paving but please mention it clearly in your quote. We would like to fill an empty pit that is next to the elevated garden. And then add a glass balustrade across it to prevent anyone falling off the front.

2/3 of the garden is elevated with grass, and a pit has been left empty. We'd like to fill and level that to make it an equal levelled garden. And then add glass balustrades on the front facing side to prevent accidents.
