Description: Orion Technologies (www.oriontec.au) is looking for an experienced developer or AI engineer to create a customer service voice bot that can handle inbound customer inquiries with high-quality, natural speech using ElevenLabs technology. We want a voice bot that sounds professional, empathetic, and accurate — capable of guiding users through common support queries, capturing details (like names, service issues, or callback requests), and routing complex inquiries to a live agent.
