I'm needing someone to help me with coding on a squarespace site so that the mobile version remains formatted like the desktop version. I have no idea how much something like this would cost and am open to being guided by someone who knows what they're doing. If you have examples of your work and ability, that would be good to see as well. The current issue I have is that the mobile version is squished and illegible. I don't have a huge budget to completely overhaul my website - i just need this small issue fixed as soon as possible so that I can launch and then will look at re-doing my website in the future.

I need help with citrix for linux mint DPI scaling I have spent a fair amount of time on this, trying to find a solution to appropriately scale the text size of my citrix workspace app. I have managed to achieve this on my windows and android devices because there is a setting in the GUI but in the Linux version this is not an option. Citrix documentation states DPI scaling should adjust automatically but it does not work for my 4k laptop. Have tried a few of the suggested solutions from the forums but no success. keeps defaulting to low DPI ie, tiny text.

I’m looking for someone highly experienced with Microsoft Outlook to design and implement a clean, sustainable email management system for a high-volume, compliance-driven role. This is not a basic inbox clean-up. I’m specifically looking for someone who understands professional service environments (NDIS, disability, healthcare, allied health, case management, or similar) and can design systems that reduce cognitive load and don’t fall apart under pressure. Scope of work 1. Outlook Email Structure & Workflow • Review my current Outlook setup (folders, rules, categories, flags). • Design and implement a logical, low-friction system using folders, categories and rules that supports: • Provider correspondence (OT, Speech, BSP, Support Workers, etc.) • Participant / client-related emails • Time-sensitive and follow-up-required emails • Set up automated rules where appropriate (without over-engineering). • Create a clear workflow so I can easily see: • Emails awaiting my response • Emails I need to follow up on • Emails that are FYI / reference only 2. Outlook Templates – System Setup Only • Set up Outlook so reusable email templates can be easily accessed and used. • I will write the email content myself — I just need: • The templates properly created in Outlook • Clear naming conventions • A structure that makes templates quick to find and reuse 3. Handover & Sustainability • Provide a short written guide or Loom-style walkthrough explaining: • How the system works • How to maintain it day-to-day • How to adjust or expand it as workload increases Required Experience (important) Please only apply if you have experience with at least one of the following: • NDIS, disability, healthcare, allied health, case management, or similar professional service environments • Advanced Microsoft Outlook use (rules, categories, flags, templates, workflow design) • Executive admin, operations, or systems setup for high-volume email roles
