I need to authenticate my businesses domain name, collect DNS records and copy them into my website so all the emails (including automated ones) are sent from my dedicated domain email address. I have my website with Wix, email address (domain name specific) is through Gmail and domain itself was through Go Daddy (all done years ago). I have tried to do this and resolve it myself for many hours and cannot complete this. I'd also like you to access my PC (double screen with tower) and see if it needs optimising better. I've just returned from 4 months away ad it's lagging a little despite updates. Running Windows 10

We are a small business located near Martin Place Station, Sydney CBD. We are seeking a reliable and professional IT support provider to assist with urgent setup for a new staff member. Needs onsite attendance and work. We currently have 5 laptops on Federated access to at least 4 of them using email addresses assigned to each staff member. There is one principal with administrator access and a locked down OneDrive folder with only administrator access. Everyone has an email address. All emails are via Outlook. There is a OneDrive and a SharePoint. There is a domain set up with VentraIP. Scope of Work: • Set up a brand new laptop (Windows OS) for one staff member. • Create and configure a Microsoft 365 user account, including Outlook email setup on an existing domain. • Set up secure login credentials, including Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) where possible. • Configure Federated Login (single sign-on) so the user can log into any compatible device. • Configure access to company SharePoint, mapped as a folder on the laptop for ease of access. • Configure OneDrive backup or another cloud backup solution for the device. • JoinComputer to Domain. • Migrate Old Cpanel Emails to Office365. Timeline: • Setup must be completed by close of business, Wednesday (currently Monday). Location: • Sydney CBD, a short walk from Martin Place Station (across the road from Metro entrance). How to Respond: Please provide a full quote covering all tasks listed above, including any optional services you recommend. The quote should be all-inclusive with no hidden or surprise costs. Experience with small business IT setups and Microsoft 365 environments is highly valued.

My SATA SSD with windows likely fried itself and I need to reinstall it onto another drive before I can boot it up again. It gets stuck on the motherboard loading screen and I am sure it is my Windows not functioning because of my drive. I have a functional M.2 drive that it can be placed on. I might just bin the SATA drive following the installation. I am quite lazy with getting around to it and would love if someone could help me out with it :3
