The Airtable system should cover: - Professional CRM (pipeline of enquiries → confirmed jobs) - Partnership Tracker (brand collaborations, sponsorships) - Athlete Commitments (events, deliverables) - Personal Commitments (family, health, travel, admin) - Business Commitments (limited tasks connected to one organisation I support) - Shared resources: Contacts, Assets, Financial Tracker. The system should include useful views (calendar, kanban, dashboards) and be automation-ready for Zapier. Phase 1 - Build Airtable base with all tables, fields, links, and views. - Provide a Loom walkthrough or written guide.
