Looking for an experienced carpenter/joiner to complete the finishing work in our living room. All materials have already been purchased – we just need someone with the skills and tools to complete the installation to a high standard. Jobs required: * Install coving on the fireplace/chimney breast wall. * Fit skirting boards underneath the built-in cupboards. * Remove and refit/adjust the skirting board under the window so it sits level and flush (currently uneven). * Install and secure the fireplace to the wall. The attached photos show the areas that need attention.

I need an experienced handyman or electrician to install my Ring Wired Doorbell using my existing doorbell wiring. The job includes: * Removing the existing doorbell. * Installing and wiring the new Ring Wired Doorbell. * Mounting it securely to the wall. * Checking that it powers on correctly and works with the existing chime (if compatible). * Helping ensure it connects to the Ring app before leaving. The Ring doorbell and installation kit will be provided. Please bring your own tools (including a drill if required). There is one long wall (130x98 inches although there is a door which reduces the overall space to be un-papered and re-papered), 1 chimney breast (58x98) and a very thin strip of wall (H 98 inches) to be papered on the side of the chimney stack. I also need 4 pictures put up and 4 lengths of bunting hung across the ceiling. I have hooks and tacks but no equipment to remove wall paper nor re hang wall paper. I need this done on 30-31 July.

I need help installing 2 wall-mounted storage racks, each 3 meters (10 ft) long. One rack will be mounted higher up on the wall and the other lower down. Each rack has 4 wall-mount support brackets, so 8 brackets in total need to be securely fixed to the wall. The wall is a solid load-bearing (masonry) wall, so appropriate wall plugs/anchors are required for a secure installation. I will provide the screws. Please bring: A drill suitable for masonry walls Masonry drill bits Appropriate heavy-duty wall plugs/anchors Spirit level Measuring tape The racks need to be installed accurately, level, and securely, as they will be used for storage.
