I neeI need someone to: 1. Patch up and repaint a wall in the hallway where rain water has leaked through the wall causing damage (note the leak has been repaired). Ideally using stain killer. 2. Remove the mouldy/mildewy sealant from around the shower, fully clean the area (with alcohol or similar) and then replace the sealant with new, water resistant sealant. Great if you can also treat the mildew between the wall tiles too. 3. Change two wired in spotlights in the kitchen. 4. Put up two curtain poles in upstairs bedroom
