Maintain the tilings on the balcony, small job, a few hours (Labour only). Around 20 tiles popped out, all are at the edges of the balcony, the edges are using silicone so they are easier to remove without damaging the skirting tiles on the wall. Your task would be just the Tiling job (fix, remove and laying) We need professional tiler to fix them. Or you may need to remove them, and then put them back (I have got the many replacement tiles). I will do the water proofing, grouting and the silicone. All materials will be provided by me “the glue, the tile spacers, the New Tiles if the old ones become broken when you try to fix/remove them” There is a lot of free parkings below the building. You just need to bring a few small tools “putty knife, chisel, small pry bar (if required), small tile cutter, notched trowel, rubber mallet, buckets to mix the glue, hammer, tape measure” If required, I can supply hammer, oscillating power tool, hand grinder, tape measure”. Please provide your offer, and your availability.
