Airtasker Task – Sunroom & Kitchen Refurbishment (South Croydon) Location: South Croydon (CR2) I am looking for two experienced Airtaskers (or a small team) to complete a refurbishment of my sunroom and adjoining kitchen. Scope of Work Supply and install laminate flooring to the sunroom and kitchen (approximately 21 m²) with insulated underlay. Box in the exposed internal brickwork and install insulation behind before finishing. Replace 1–3 cracked/leaking roof panels, including replacing seals where required to stop leaks. Prepare all internal surfaces by scraping, sanding, filling and making good, then repaint all walls, ceilings, timberwork and boxed-in areas with a good quality finish. Seal all gaps and draughts around windows, doors, roof panels and skirting boards to improve insulation and weatherproofing. Leave the work area clean and tidy on completion. Property Sunroom: 1.63 m × 6.77 m Kitchen: 3.49 m × 2.87 m Total floor area is approximately 21 m². Requirements Experience with laminate flooring, carpentry, decorating and general refurbishment. Able to complete all work to a good standard. Please provide examples/photos of similar work completed. Please confirm whether you can supply materials or labour only (I am happy to purchase materials if preferred). Timescale Preferred team: Two Airtaskers working together. Estimated duration: 3–5 working days. Available working days: Tuesday to Thursday and weekends, with all work to be completed before 14 August.
