• Background o Pensar has recently been awarded the Toowoomba Regional Council Reservoir Upgrades Project, which includes repair works on the Gabbinbar High Level Reservoir located at 61 Nelson Street, Toowoomba. o Height: approximately 30 m o Base diameter: approximately 8.5 m o The existing corrugated roof, while in reasonable condition, will need to be removed and replaced. We intend to maintain a similar design to the existing (purlins, cladding, etc.), reusing the existing wall cleat plates where possible. • Drafting Scope o Recreate the existing reservoir roof design with the inclusion of additional bridging members as outlined in the engineering comments provided by Nick Meecham (Meecham Engineering). o Prepare drawings for 80% and 100% review milestones, with final IFC drawings to be RPEQ-certified by Meecham Engineering. o Develop drawings to align with Toowoomba Regional Council Standard Drawing PRO4 as far as practicable, noting that some elements will differ due to matching the existing structure; ensure the hatch and platform details reflect PRO4 where possible and accommodate the new internal ladder arrangement. o Provide overhead (plan) views and side (elevation/section) views detailing the full roof layout, structural members, hatch, access platform, and ladder interface. o We were looking to submit the 80% drawing on 05.12.25

I am seeking a qualified and fully licensed Builder for a townhouse development project in Beckenham. Project: Construction of 3x two-storey townhouses. Zoning: R25. Your Role: You will be the Principal Registered Building Service Contractor for the project, taking full legal responsibility. Scope of Work: Fixed-price contract to complete the build to "Lock-Up" or "Shell" Stage. This includes: foundations, slab, frame, roof, windows, external walls/cladding, and making the structure weatherproof. Important Note: We have our own trusted site foreman and trades for all internal fit-out work (internal walls, plumbing, electrical, kitchens, bathrooms, etc.).
