Total Cleaning Equipment Solutions (TCES) is being rebranded at time of writing, as are the other brands within the Total Focus Group. Due to the group’s evolution over time, each brand has a unique look and identity, however we are working to bring them closer together. The successful vendor will be supplied with all necessary brand elements such as the logo, font style and brand guidelines prior to the work being commenced. At this stage of the process, we are seeking a web design vendor who can: A. Identify best-practise amongst our industry competitor set B. Identify suggestions for improvement for our current site in context of point A C. Outline their process and workflow for the design and build process. • Our website needs to feel professional, visually cohesive, easy to navigate, and in keeping with best practise in e-commerce. • We need our website to align with our industry competitors • We need to look professional, trustworthy, cohesive, friendly and knowledgeable. • We have recently moved into the autonomous cleaning / robotics category and would like to emphasise this via a brand or category page, which will allow us to talk about innovation - both current and future initiatives • All design elements should have a bit of personality and cohesion and be visually consistent across the website. • Illustrations, icons and stock imagery should feel local to Australia where possible.
