We are a new and growing business looking for an experienced digital marketing specialist to help build our online presence and generate leads. The role includes SEO optimisation (on-page SEO, meta titles and descriptions, keyword research), writing website and landing page content, Google Ads setup, ad copywriting and ongoing optimisation, and social media management across platforms such as Instagram and Facebook. Content creation is a key part of this role, including creating posts, captions, ad copy, graphics, photos, and short-form videos, as well as planning and scheduling content and managing paid and organic campaigns. This position will begin with a paid trial period (2–4 weeks or defined deliverables), which may include sample content, ad copy, basic SEO work, and small test ad campaigns. If the trial is successful, this will become an ongoing long-term role with increased pay as the business grows and results improve. We are a startup with a limited budget, so efficiency, strategy, and clear communication are important.
