Toilet needs removing and reinstalling or new on installed due to water leaking through floor. Tiles may need to be replaced on floor if required and waterproofing done. In bathroom, inline extractor fan which sits inside the loft near the entrance needs to be replaced. The roof has artex, so we want to avoid messing around with it and use battens to create a new frame, to add pbv wall panels over the artex on. The floor also needs replacing in the bathroom. The shower head is damaged quiet a bit and the wood behind it is weak. So that wall which is shared with the toilet needs to somehow be repaired if possible. If repair isn't possible. We will consider breaking it down a little to fix it. If possible we also want to get rid of the long design across the middle of the wall so it's flat so we can pvc panel over the tiles. The bath needs to be removed and before floor is replaced, it needs to be waterproofed etc so no water goes through the floor downstairs.

The master bathroom, I need the existing shower screening to be removed and a new shower door I've bought to be installed. I need the area around the shower resealed and areas around my sink also resealed. You must provide the sealant. In the second bathroom, I need the corner part of the bathroom re-sealed also. The decking panel underneath my shower in the master bathroom appears to be weakening due to exposure to water from the shower itself. I would like the wooden panel replaced with a plastic substitute. I have measurements I can provide.
