1 Safely dismantle the glass door enclosure, unbolt the frame, and disconnect the waste trap to lift out the old cracked tray. 2. Inspect & Repair Subfloor/Ceiling: Check the joists and floorboards underneath for moisture rot from the past leak before rebuilding. 3. Waterproofing (Tanking): if needed Paint a flexible waterproof tanking membrane across underlying subfloor. 4. Tray & Waste Installation: Bed the new quadrant tray on a mortar mix, ensuring it is perfectly level in all directions, and connect the new ? mm waste trap. 5. Rake & Regrout Floor Tiles: Scrape out old discolored grout on the floor tiles using a grout rake, clean the joints, and apply fresh water-resistant grout. 6. Fit Enclosure & Seal: Mount the frame, drop in glass panels, and apply a neat bead of sanitary anti-mould silicone along the outer edges. The Tasker needs to take away the old glass frame and shower tray etc leaving it clean.

Hi, I need a handyman to carry out the following work before I move out of the property: 1. Remove 2 bidet shower kits Remove 2 bidet shower kits, one from each toilet/bathroom. Safely disconnect and cap/seal the water connections to prevent any leaks. Remove all brackets, screws, plugs and fittings from the walls. Fill and repair any holes or damage left after removal. Smooth the repaired areas and paint them to match the existing wall colour as closely as possible. 2. Remove 4 chandeliers / ceiling light fittings Remove 4 chandeliers from the ceilings. Safely disconnect the electrical connections and leave the existing wiring safe and properly terminated. Remove the brackets, screws and fixings. Fill and repair all holes left in the ceilings. Smooth the repaired areas and leave the ceilings neat and tidy. 3. Repair holes from removed curtains Fill and repair all holes in the walls left after the curtain poles/rails and their brackets have been removed. Remove any remaining screws, wall plugs or fixings. Fill, sand and smooth the repaired areas. Touch up/paint the repaired areas where necessary so they blend with the existing walls. Please bring all necessary tools and materials for the removal, filling, repairing and painting. I am moving out of the property, so I need everything to be left clean, neat and in good condition, with the holes properly repaired and as unnoticeable as possible. Please let me know your total price and your earliest availability. Thank you.

I have three jobs. I can split them if required. 1. Skimming a bedroom ceiling. It two ceilings in the same room. Both ceilings have are suffering from surface degradation. 2. Shower cubicle needs re sealing both inside and out. There is a small leak from the door escapiung onto the floor that eith needs to be plugged and possibly the rubber seal on the door need to be replaced. 3. A crack in the wall where the wall has settled/moved after the long dry summer.

We have an ex display shower cubicle + tray + taps that we want to fit in a new room upstairs. The room is right next to a mega flow system and drain pipes so it shouldn’t be too difficult. 1st and 2nd fix needed. No need for tiling or finishing, just need this installed for now. If you are good, there will be plenty more work for you on site

1. Put 2 coat hooks up. 2. Internal door re-securing in position. Has dropped down and is dragging. 3. Sealant around shower tap outlets and sealant around vanity unit (clear sealant). And reseal around shower (one length) 4. Sand down and repaint internal wall next to backdoor. 5. Fix door handle on a different door. 6. External door is slightly out of position and so not closing easily - slight readjustment required.
