Supply and install vinyl flooring, kitchen and dining area, Warners Bay Description Looking for someone to supply and install vinyl flooring in our kitchen and dining area at Warners Bay NSW. The space is an existing kitchen with cabinets and appliances in place. Photos are attached for layout and finishes. The current flooring is sheet vinyl. I am happy to remove the fridge, washing machine, and existing flooring beforehand if required, or this can be included in your quote. Please specify what is included. We are open to different vinyl options but are after a modern, neutral look. Sheet vinyl or vinyl planks are both considered. Please include material options, thickness, brand, and warranty details in your quote. Job scope • Measure and supply vinyl flooring • Install vinyl flooring • Install trims or cover strips as required • Clean finish around cabinets and fixed joinery Access is easy and parking is available. Used to be a carpenter, broke my neck and due to get a pay out soon, I am looking at different options for land but found some around Innisfail / Tully - looking to do a Class 1a Shed kid Build - have some designs in mind but also keen for some input - have 12 months of building surveying under my belt and 15 yrs of carpentry so keen to find something I can do as an owner builder. Hopefully a very easy one but wanting to buy/install a smart lock (fingerprint) However, not sure if my current door and lock system would make this easy. My wife says we may need a whole new door! Hoping to video call a locksmith to show them my door and confirm if a new door is needed or we can simply just replace the old lock with a new smart one. - open to installation costs as well
