1. Take down 4 x 6.5m existing metal sheets. Unscrew and cut the sheets as required. Disposal is not required. 2. Roofing: Install 4 × 6.5m new corrugated metal sheets (This may instead be 8 × 3.25m sheets depending on what’s available). 3. Apron flashing: Install 2 × 6.5m apron flashings up along the sides of the garage. 4. Parapet capping: Install 1 × approx. 9m parapet (total approx. length) capping on top of a brick wall that forms the side of the garage. The top of the brick wall is mostly one level but steps down a couple of times, so the capping will need to be cut and bent to follow the top of the bricks neatly. 5. Fascia capping: Install 1 × 3m fascia capping over the top edge of the timber fascia above the main garage door. Materials & Colours Corrugated sheets: Monument Flashing & capping: Surfmist Rivets and screws supplied. What You’ll Need to Bring: - Snips and other sheet-metal tools (drill, rivet gun, etc.) - Ladders and any safety gear. - Silicone Additional Info: - It is flat single garage so it's not too high up. - The job might require two people to handle the longer sheets safely, but I’ll leave it up to you to decide how you’d like to tackle it. - Looking for a clean, professional finish. I haven't ordered the materials yet. I'll do so after selecting an Airtasker to confirm everything. It'll take about 5 days to receive.

I need someone who can remove the existing latticework- total of 2- to Polycarbonate sheets and cover the gaps-total of 2- as shows in the photo. I have provided in the photos, one side of the gaps has a gutter pipe running across it. So, we need some craftsmanship to work with the irregular gap shape. Project Specifications: Detail Specification Notes / Requirements Footprint / Size 6.0 meters (Width/Length along house) × 4.0 meters (Projection/Depth) The enclosure will be built on an existing, level concrete slab. Glazing (6m Wall) Aluminium Sliding Doors This side requires a door system running the full 6-meter length to maximize opening and light. Glazing (4m Walls) Fixed/Sliding Glass Windows The two 4-meter side walls are to be enclosed primarily with fixed or sliding glass/glazing panels. Wall/Roof Insulation Four-Season Capable The structure must be capable of being heated and cooled efficiently for year-round use as a media room. This requires insulated roofing and double-glazed (or equivalent insulated) windows/doors. Roof Material Insulated Panel A solid, insulated roof panel (e.g., EPS-core Colorbond) is required to manage noise and temperature for media room use. We do not require a glass roof/conservatory style.
