📞 Follow-Up Calls to Residential Builders for local Electronic Security Company We're looking for a detail-oriented, experienced person to follow up on a list of residential builders for our small family owned and operated electronic security company. This task is to be completed within 1 month from acceptance and is suitable for remote work within Australia. 🔧 What You’ll Be Doing: Calling 400 builders (list provided in a spreadsheet). Clicking each website link (included in the spreadsheet) to gather a phone number. Making a follow-up call (not cold) referencing a previous email we sent. Updating the spreadsheet with the following: Phone number Call outcome notes (e.g. “1st May 2025 – Spoke with Jarrad, not interested, remove from list”). Skipping contacts already marked as: Green (current customers) Red (excluded contacts) 📌 Additional Expectations: Spend 15 minutes on phone call to understand what our company does in order to answer basic questions to potential customers. Pass on any interested parties to us in a timely manner. Provide our business contact details (we’ll supply them) if requested during a call. Maintain professionalism at all times when representing Ray Turner Technologies. ✅ Requirements: Prior experience in telemarketing, customer service, sales, customer service, etc. High attention to detail and reliable note-taking Ability to work independently and manage workload over the course of the month Comfortable with basic spreadsheets and online research (clicking links, gathering data) 🕒 Timeframe: To be completed within 30 days of task acceptance. 💰 Budget: $250.00 depending on your experience, accuracy and speed. Beginner lawyer or paralegal who currently does not work for law firm to prepare a brief (contact experts, research cases, photocopy documents, etc) for a judicial enquiry (appeal) for a person who is innocent of a criminal charge. It's to do with a Sydney case; so although the work is remote, you would need to be in Sydney to pick up documents and to make a few jail legal visits. This task will be at the preliminary stage for now. Some background information about you may be helpful due to sensitivity of the case. The work could take a few months off and on while waiting for replies from experts. It's not full-time work. The client knows his case and what needs doing; so,you will be working for him. The task involves following legal instructions in just putting the brief together.
