I need a small hole/damaged area in a plasterboard bedroom wall repaired and repainted. The plasterboard needs to be properly patched and filled, sanded smooth and then painted so the repair blends in with the existing wall and is as unnoticeable as possible. I will confirm the exact wall paint colour with the building management and I’ll provide the paint color. Looking for someone experienced with plasterboard/drywall repairs who can complete the whole job including the finishing and painting.

The boiler the filling tap has stopped working. Water comes out of the tap itself, but the pressure gauge doesn't move at all now, so I can't get any pressure into the system. That means no hot water at all now.

We have five pieces of artwork that need hanging, two bedside tables and one guitar hanger. **Artwork:** Three of them are approximately W55 x H70 each, and they need to be hung above a bed, centred on the wall with equal gaps between them. They are the ones with string on the back, and not all the strings have the same tension (see photo). They need to be perfectly aligned. Another artwork needs hanging which is W56 x H56. Shouldn't be hard as it will be on its own, so we can decide on the day. The final artwork is W37 x H48 and needs hanging above a desk, in the middle of the wall. **Bedside tables:** They are small and need to go next to the bed (see photo). **Guitar hanger:** Finally, one guitar hanger needs hanging. Pretty straightforward, that one. When you quote, could you let me know what fixings you'd use for the three above the bed, and whether you'd bring your own? Happy to buy anything needed in advance.

Experienced handyman needed for several small repairs, furniture assembly and electrical work in a 2-bed flat in Battersea. Electrical experience essential as doorbell needs replacing. Tasks: • Remove/reapply silicone around bathroom/shower corners • Tighten toilet roll holder • Secure loose wooden panel beside bath • Check/tighten toilet flush mechanism • Repair/tighten kitchen cupboard hinge • Reattach dishwasher knob/handle • Securely hang large mirror above fireplace • Set up brand new TV on desk • Inspect Banham bottom door lock – currently locks from inside but not outside (WD40 & screw broken perhaps?) • Reattach remote control holder/magnet to wall (see pic) • Wood-glue/repair table leg and chair • Remove wheels from one single bed so two beds are level • Inspect/fix blind mechanism – cord not raising blind • Glue/repair loose/chipped wooden sections of furniture (in photos) • Assemble IKEA bed/mattress base and attach legs securely: https://www.ikea.com/gb/en/p/lyngoer-mattress-base-60566142/ • Replace existing wired doorbell – electrical experience required https://www.argos.co.uk/product/4019671?clickSR=slp:term:door%20bell%20plug:1:6:1 Photos of the repairs are included in the attached PDF.
