I’m looking for an experienced handyman or curtain installer to complete the following work: 1. Remove existing curtain rail. 2. Remove existing privacy blind. 3. Install a new ceiling-mounted double curtain track/rail (2x track supplied) - Ensure the new curtain track is securely mounted and level. - Reinstall the existing privacy blind in a spare room. The window dimensions are the same so the blind should fit without modification. Standard ceiling height (236cm) - can provide a chair to stand on if helpful! I need a ceiling-mounted curtain rail to be reattached after it came loose and fell from the ceiling. The curtain rail and brackets are still available and do not appear to be broken. The curtains are heavy, so the rail needs to be securely fixed using the appropriate screws and ceiling fixings if required. Please bring the necessary tools, including a drill and any suitable fixings. I would like the repair completed as soon as possible. The job is expected to take around 1 hour.

I am looking for an experienced painter/decorator to paint a small rectangular bedroom in Greenwich SE3. Work required * Paint all four walls in one deep teal colour * Paint the ceiling in the same teal colour * Paint the boxed-out section beside the window * Paint all skirting boards in matching teal woodwork paint * Apply two coats throughout * Carry out minor preparation where necessary, such as filling small marks, light sanding or caulking * Leave the bedroom door, radiator white The walls and ceiling are currently white and generally in reasonable condition. Timing and quotation This is a labour-only job, as I will provide the paint and protective materials. I am happy for the painter to apply the first coat, leave while it dries and return later the same day to apply the second coat, provided the paint’s recommended recoat time allows it. This may suit someone who has another nearby job during the drying period. I would prefer to pay only for active working time and not for the drying period between coats. Please provide either: 1. A fixed labour-only quote, or 2. Your hourly rate and estimated total number of charged working hours Please also confirm: * Whether both coats can be completed in one day * Whether minor preparation is included in your quote * Whether you have experience painting ceilings and skirting boards * Whether you will bring a suitable ladder and any professional equipment you prefer to use * Your availability during 8-10th August.

Need my dishwasher repaired. The dishwasher is not cleaning the utensils completely even after cleaning it out and refilling the salt, water and tablet. The utensils have stains on them post running the dishwasher and some of them are just washed. The fan inside the dishwasher is broken moreover.
