Remote acceptable (NSW registered required) Project location: Banksmeadow NSW 2019 We are seeking a NSW-registered architect to complete the final Construction Certificate (CC) documentation for a Class 9b indoor recreation facility (gym). The project already has: • DA approval • Existing architectural plans • Access consultant report • Mechanical & fire engineering proposals engaged We need an architect experienced in NSW NCC / CC submissions to review, coordinate, update, and finalise plans for certifier approval. The role will include: • Review existing architectural drawings and DA conditions • Update drawings to be CC-ready in accordance with: • NCC 2022 (Class 9b) • PCA (Private Certifier) requirements • Coordinate and incorporate inputs from: • Fire services engineer • Mechanical / ventilation engineer • Access consultant (DDA) • Update architectural plans to clearly show: • Emergency lighting & exit signage (running man) • Fire extinguisher & hose reel locations • Accessible WC compliance (grab rails, tactiles, etc.) • Ventilation notes and coordination allowances • Issue a clean, coordinated CC drawing set • Assist with minor certifier comments (if required) Important Notes • This is not a full design role • No concept design or DA work required • Project is ready for final coordination + CC submission • Fast turnaround preferred Please provide fixed quote Thank uou.

I'm an independent contractor (personal care worker). I only do two hours a week so I still receive Centrelink payment. I need to fill in a Mod F (Business Details) and it requires five additional documents: latest personal income tax return, a list of current balances for each bank account that the business operates, latest balance sheet, latest depreciation schedule and latest profit and loss statement (SU580 form from Centrelink). I need help particularly with the last three items, please.

After the audit, I’m also looking for someone who can act as an ongoing adviser for compliance, quality, and operational matters.
