Looking for a skilled painter/decorator to paint the walls in one room. The actual paintable surface area is very small (approx 17.5m² total) because of a built-in wardrobe and a large bay window. The Job: Total Paintable Area: 17.5m² (Wall 1: 2.5m wide / Wall 2: 0.5m wide / Wall 3: 1m wide / Wall 4: 3m wide. Ceilings are 2.5m high). The Colour: Going from stark white walls to Farrow & Ball 'Railings' (a very dark blue/black). Scope: Walls only. No ceilings or woodwork. What I Provide: I already have the Farrow & Ball Primer and the F&B Topcoat on site ready to go. Requirements (Please read before bidding): Cutting In: Because we are putting a very dark colour next to white ceilings and skirting boards, you must have excellent, steady cutting-in skills. Any wobbly lines will show up immediately. Drying Times: The job requires one coat of primer and two topcoats. Looking for a skilled painter/decorator to paint the living room walls in our small Hackney flat. Everything is currently painted standard landlord white. We want the living room walls painted in a dark olive green. Area: approx 18.38m² paintable wall area. Scope: walls only. No ceiling, no skirting, no woodwork. I already have all the top coat paint on site. I do not have primer, so please advise if primer is needed and whether you can supply it. The job will need basic prep, including filling small marks/scuffs if needed, light sanding, masking, and protecting the wood floor, sofa, TV unit, shelves, plants, furniture and kitchen area. Important: this needs neat cutting-in because the dark green will sit next to light ceilings, lighter kitchen areas, sockets, shelves and door/window edges. We need some decorating done. Main job is doing the kitchen and living room including ceilings. Walls have been freshly plastered and mist coated. I understand the work we need is to sand the walls lightly and then paint. We also have skirting, door and architrave to paint. There is probably some prep work to do filling some holes etc. The whole space is about 40m2 but with big windows in two walls.

Looking for a skilled painter/decorator to paint several areas of our small flat in Hackney. Everything is currently painted standard landlord white. We want to repaint the flat with a darker, more intentional colour scheme. Areas to paint: Bedroom Walls only, approx 17.5m². Colour will be a very dark blue/black. Living room / kitchen-living space Walls only, approx 18.38m². Colour will be dark olive green. Hallway / stairs Approx 11.20m² in dark olive green and approx 12.60m² in warm off-white. This includes a split wall effect on the stairs: darker green below the stair rail, warm off-white above, plus one full dark green wall where the skateboards are mounted. Skirting / stair rail / trim Approx 5.5m², to be painted in dark blue/black eggshell or satin finish. I already have all the top coat paints on site. I do not have primer, so please advise if primer is needed and whether you can supply it. The job will need basic prep including filling small marks/scuffs, sanding where needed, masking, and protecting carpets, stairs, wood flooring, furniture, sofa, TV unit, plants and kitchen area.
