Front door – finish painting job. * Sand/prep where needed (including sanding/grinding back the end of a metal screw/bolt to create a smooth finish). * Paint the door and surrounds. * Fit new brass letter plate, house numbers and escutcheon. * One coat has already been done. letter box and numbers already purchased. When making an offer, please send photos of any front doors you have previously painted. 2. Prepare and paint the top only of a small mantelpiece (photo attached), inside 2 cupboards 3. Prepare and paint one bedroom window wall only (photo attached) some skirting boards & rectify a couple of poor paint lines. 4. Check batteries and ensure both doorbells and both remotes are working. 5. Assemble IKEA bookcases (photo attached once assembled). Buy any small missing parts if needed (to be reimbursed). 6. Buy some laminated board and cut to: * Complete shelving where shelf backs are missing. * Move one shelf lower to create more space for coats and clean the shelves. * Make 4 new shelves above the tumble dryer. (Photos attached.) 7. Hang a few curtain poles/rails, curtain holdbacks, small arms shelves/ shelf units , lights and pictures. 8. Remove urinal (actually simple) but also seal off. I need the bedroom, hallway, stairwell and living room walls and ceiling all painted white to freshen up the flat before I move in. This includes skirting boards. All walls are already white bar one green wall in the bedroom. I also just need the kitchen ceiling painted white, but it will have just been plastered, so an undercoat may be needed. There is no furniture, but I would need you to cover up the carpets and hardwood flooring while painting. Important: There is some surface cracks in the living room wall which would need to be filled and I would like nails and screws removed and all the holes filled. More information before you quote: Bedroom: - Nails and screws removed and holes filled (8 total) - All walls, ceilings, and skirtings painted white. - There is one green wall in this room. - DO NOT paint the doors. Room Size: c.435cm x 285cm Hallwall: -Nails and screws removed and holes filled (8 total). -Remove coat hooks here, too. -All walls, ceilings, and skirtings painted white. -DO NOT paint the doors apart from the back of the front door, which is already white. Thank you. -1x radiator here is cracking. If you could remove the cracked paint and repaint, that would be great. Room Size: c.250cm x 80cm Stairwell: - All walls, ceilings, skirtings, bannisters, and spindles painted white. Room Size: c.250cm x 80cm Livingroom: - Cracks filled in all walls (using strong filler) - Nails and screws removed and holes filled (15 total) - All walls, ceilings, and skirtings painted white. - 2x radiators here are cracking. If you could remove the cracked paint and repaint, that would be great. - DO NOT paint the kitchen door, you can paint the cupboard door, which is already white. Room Size: 580cm x 380cm Kitchen: - Slanted ceiling with spotlights in it. - Please paint this white - you may need a base coat on this. Room Size: 2m x 2.5m Ceiling height across the whole flat: 265cm across the whole flat, so you would need to bring ladders.

Your task is to paint all loose, uninstalled lengths ahead of installation. · Material: 22 lengths of primed skirting · Size: 4.2m long × 12cm high · Completion deadline: Tuesday Paint and roller brushes will be provided. Please use the supplied rollers—this is important because I’ll need to touch up filled and sanded areas after installation, and I want the texture to match your work. If you prefer to use your own roller, let me know the type in advance so I can buy the same one for the touch-ups. You’re welcome to work in the garden if space allows. If not, you’ll need to set up indoors. In that case, please bring protective covers for flooring and furniture.
