Looking for someone to paint most of our garden fence in Bromley. Three sections that need doing (the fourth was sorted late last year, so that one's staying as it is). Garden-facing side only, (two coats likely needed despite the name on the paint tub). The fence panels are all 1.8m height, across three sections: •14m - weathered red paint, several years old, good condition •10m - same story, weathered red, nothing alarming •12.8m - bare wood, also in good condition Total surface area to paint: roughly 66m². All supplied by us: Ronseal One Coat Forest Green Matt Exterior Shed & Fence Protector. We have 25L (five 5L tins), which should be more than enough. If it isn't, we'll get more. Labour only. We're not expecting any prep beyond the basics (a brush-down if needed). No stripping, no back-painting, no surprises. Bromley, south east London. We're pretty flexible on timing, happy to work around you. Any questions about what you're looking at before quoting, just ask.

We’re looking for a reliable, experienced painter/decorator to paint two small beauty treatment rooms (8 sqm each) and our basement lobby at our salon in Islington. We already have the primer and all paint required, but you will need to bring your own brushes, rollers, trays, dust sheets, masking tape, filler/sandpaper where needed, and any other tools or materials required to complete the job to a professional standard. Scope of work: - Paint 2 beauty treatment rooms. - Paint basement lobby area. - Prepare walls properly before painting. - Protect floors, fixtures, skirting boards, sockets and furniture. - Apply primer and paint neatly with clean edges and an even finish. - Tidy up fully afterwards. Additional wall preparation required: One of the beauty rooms has some flaking paint caused by a small ongoing damp patch behind the wall. This area will need to be sanded back, properly cleaned and prepared and stain blocked before painting. Requirements: - Must have previous painting/decorating experience. - Must bring own brushes, rollers and preparation materials. - Must be tidy, careful and respectful of a working beauty salon environment. - Ideally available to complete the work outside salon opening hours - Sunday after 5pm and all day Monday - Must be able to provide an estimated timeframe and total price before starting.
