Existing Extractor has been tested and is not working at all. Task is to purchase & replace the existing extract fan with a simpler Vent-Axia 5" / 125mm ACM In-Line Mixed Flow Fan complete with timer (c/w Timer). Allow to adapt and modify existing ductwork and connections as required to suit the new fan , including any necessary transitions, supports and sealing to ensure correct fitment and efficient airflow. Reconnect to existing electrical supply and controls, test and commission on completion (including timer overrun operation).
