Scope of work: • Replace self-closers on front and back flyscreen doors (ground floor) • Cut portable aircon window vent panel to size and install portable AC in ground floor bedroom • Screw in two baby gates at the stairs • Remove glass shower screen walls and glass door from unused laundry shower and dispose of at the tip • Dispose of approx. 30 flattened cardboard boxes from recent move • Patch and make good a ~15 cm tear in garage bulkhead from prior roof water damage Notes: • Tip runs required (please include in your offer) • Tools and materials required to be included in your offer. • Access is easy, parking available Budget: Open to offers.
