We are seeking casual mystery shoppers from all demographics to join our vibrant community. We need your feedback across the hospitality industry. This mission involves exploring all aspects of a pub, including gaming, bar, and bistro. You must be okay with doing all areas. You would need to enter the venue as a mystery patron and experience its customer service and quality. Take a friend to share the food. The Airtasker budget includes your spending, food (two main meals), a drink, punt ($20) and report writing. As a casual mystery shopper/auditor, your responsibilities will be to; Shop in various venues within a specific timeframe Understand the “brief” or “requirements” of the visit Retain the information and capture any photos needed for the shop Submit your survey findings online by the deadline Mystery Shopping is casual/ Adhoc work, where you pick which days and times to visit the venue. We will need to speak with you by phone before your visit. You must be able to read, write, and speak English, as the report is in English, and we will need to communicate with you. We will also need your email address to set up the survey for you to see the questions. Must have excellent written English and high standards of grammar. We have a lot of work each month, so there is also an option for some ongoing work for the right person. Payment is made as soon as the report is read and approved (24 hours at most)

Hello! We have an opportunity for you to visit a gym and provide feedback on your experience. No prior experience is necessary; we only ask that you watch a brief training video to understand what to observe during your visit. By the deadline outlined in the Project Brief, you will: Visit the gym and follow the instructions provided. Submit an online report including any necessary materials (receipts, photos, screenshots) as specified in the training video. Project brief Visit the gym between 9am - 5pm, Monday - Thursday (avoid lunch hours). Arrive without an appointment and express interest in joining to take a tour of the facilities. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. We cannot publicly disclose the exact location, but please mention if you are currently a member of any gyms so we can avoid conflicts of interest. Please note that the training video and knowledge check are preparation for this task. The training will not take more than 15 minutes to complete. If the task is canceled for any reason, payment cannot be made for just the training. PLEASE NOTE: Once you are assigned to the task, you will receive a welcome message containing the training video and knowledge check. ( This takes 15 min to complete) Upon completion, you will need to email the community team to confirm that you have finished the training. They will provide you with a confirmation email and report link for your mystery shop. From that point onward, all correspondence regarding the organization of your mystery shop will be handled by the designated team. However, any questions, queries, or extension requests should continue to be directed to the community team. Training must be completed within 48 hours of assignment. We only ask that you watch a brief training video to understand what to observe during your visit. What’s required? Book a trial pack and attend the class. In your mystery shopping report, you will evaluate the overall experience, including the service you receive and the quality of the class. After your class, you will submit an online survey sharing your feedback. You will be reimbursed for your class cost. The specific location of the studio cannot be publicly disclosed for privacy reasons. Please also mention if you are currently a member of any gyms or fitness studios to avoid conflicts of interest. All of our mystery shops include a quick training video and knowledge check that will guide you through the requirements (the knowledge check has to be done within 24 hours of receiving the task) . The training is just preparation and not part of the task itself. If the task is canceled, payment cannot be made for just the training. Training must be completed within 24 hours of assignment. You will let the staff lead the conversation, and give them every possible opportunity to serve you well. You do not need to make a purchase or sign up. Once you've visited the pop up, you will then fill out your online mystery shopping report within 2 hours of your visit. Please note all of our mystery shops involve a quick training video and knowledge check that will run you through the requirements of the task.
