10 to 12 SERFLOOR Hybrid/SFC 109/1800x228x7 mm boards require replacement. I have opened 3 boards but was unable to place the new ones correctly. Can't seem to solve the puzzle. lip side are to be cut for perfect fit and i couldnt get it done. I have the replacement boards. I need someone to do a pro job in replacement. The older board got bend due to uneven concrete level ad seen in the photo. I didn't want to use leveling concrete to keep the area tidy so got a box of packers. The solution seems to work but im ok to follow advise of the pro to resolve the issue related to uneven concrete. The budget is kept at $100 to get counter offers

Scope of Work We require a Licensed Carpenter to perform structural modifications and internal framing for a Master Ensuite (2500mm x times 1465mm) and an adjacent Walk-In Robe (WIR). The goal is a zero-transition (curbless) shower. Part 1: Floor Modification (The 80mm Drop) • Joist Sistering: Install new 140x45 H3 LVL joists alongside existing members to achieve a precise 80mm structural drop below the main house floor level. • Fixing: All sistered members must be glued (structural adhesive) and mechanically fixed with M12 coach bolts in a staggered pattern. • Trimming: Frame out the shower perimeter and floor waste pockets. Leave the floor open (no sheeting) for the plumber. Part 2: Wall Framing (The Skeleton) • Wall Construction: Build internal partition walls for the Ensuite and WIR using 90mm MGP10 Pine at 450mm centers. • Plumb & Square: Walls must be laser-checked to be 90^\circ square to the floor recess and perfectly plumb. • Noggins: Install double noggins at 900mm and 1200mm for wall-hung vanity and towel rail mounting. • Box-out: Frame a recessed cavity for a shaving/mirror cabinet. Part 3: Final Sheeting (Post-Plumber) • After the plumber roughs-in the waste through the open joists, return to install 19mm Scyon Secura (CFC) flooring. • The top of the CFC must finish exactly 61mm below the hallway floor level. Requirements • License: Must provide a valid NSW Carpenter’s License. • Precision: High-end finish required for a flush tile-to-timber transition. • Materials: Owner-Builder to supply LVLs, Bolts, MGP10 Pine, and Scyon Secura.

Security Cameras [Hikvision] Not Connecting after NVR reset I have a home security camera system that is currently not connected either to the internet or the NVR monitor. Previous owner had this system and was working until I reset the NVR. Now, I’m unable to access the cameras from my NVR/Phone. Cameras are not detecting and all systems are showing offline. There is a recording box (NVR unit) connected to the cameras, but it seems the system is offline. I need to open a roller shutter blind that’s fixed on a commercial shop in Port Adelaide. The remote has been lost and we need to open it up for Removal lists coming this Tuesday. The job will be manually opening up the box and winding up the blind so we can get access for approximately three hours. Then closing it all back over again.

Hi there, I've just moved into a 70's apartment block in Brunswick east and I am looking to get new curtains. Before doing this I need to remove the existing MDF box pelmets. The pelmets are fixed into a brick wall, some close up photos of fixings below. Make good of the brickwork above the pelmet and window reveal may also be required and will be assessed separately once pelmets are removed. Any comments or questions welcome.
