Looking for a qualified structural engineer to inspect a beam installed after removal of a load-bearing wall in a residential property in Heidelberg. The beam was installed approximately 5 years ago and has been performing without issues. We are selling the property and a potential buyer has requested reassurance about the structural adequacy. Scope: • Site visit to inspect the exposed beam and supports • Provide a short written opinion letter stating whether the beam appears structurally adequate based on visual inspection. This is not a full engineering design or certification, just a professional opinion based on inspection. Ideally completed Thursday or Friday before a Saturday auction. Please confirm: • You are a qualified structural engineer • You hold professional indemnity insurance • You can provide the letter by COB this Friday. Photos can be provided.

Need someone handy who can replace the combination lock on my mailbox as someone broke it trying to change the code so the mailbox is open. You just need to remove the old part the combination part I guess and install a new one so that you can put a new code in it and close it. This is an urgent matter. I need someone that can go ASAP.
