I am looking for an experienced decorator or handyman to help prepare my interior walls before painting. The work required includes: Sanding down wall areas (preferably using a sanding machine) to create a smooth finish Removing and reapplying caulk where needed, mainly around windows Smoothing the walls so they are fully ready for painting The aim is to achieve a clean, even finish before I begin painting. Attention to detail is important, as I would like the walls left smooth and paint-ready. Areas included Wall sanding / smoothing: kitchen and hallway and around light switches around the house. Re-caulking around windows: 3 bedrooms, kitchen and hallway I can share photos of the areas beforehand if helpful.
