Floor Sanding & Refinishing Area: Approx. 45 sqm Job Details: Looking for an experienced floor sander to complete sanding and refinishing of timber floors. Scope of works includes: Punching down nails Filling nail recesses Filling gaps between ALL floorboards using a sawdust-mixed filler. That means running over the entire 45sqm with filler, not just particular spots. Some new timbers have been installed so cut in. Final sand, refinish and buff Finish: Matte natural finish – product will be supplied on site. Section: Kitchen and small laundry Additional Notes: I have already sanded the floors, however I wasn’t happy with the condition of the floorboards in the kitchen and laundry, so most of these have been replaced. As a result, the old finish is largely removed. Rest of the house is already done. No furniture is in place. Product I have is https://quicksandsupplies.com.au/products/blanchon-iceberg-5l and the hardener for final coat. Most of hard work was done in initial sand so price should reflect that.
