Concrete floor grind and penetrating sealer for 5m x 5m open space living room and kitchen in North Coogee apartment. Description I am removing carpet in my living room and want the exposed concrete slab professionally finished with a natural matte grind and penetrating sealer suitable for indoor living areas. Room size is approximately 5m x 5m 25 square metres. Scope of work required Preparation Remove remaining carpet underlay residue and adhesive Remove tack strip nails and edge fixings Thorough vacuum and degrease clean prior to grinding Grinding Mechanical grind entire slab to remove laitance and open pores Edge grinding along walls and corners Connect grinder to dust extraction vacuum system Achieve consistent flat matte finish suitable for sealing Repairs Fill cracks with appropriate concrete crack filler or epoxy Patch holes from carpet strips and damage Grind repaired areas flush once cured Densifying and sealing Apply concrete densifier hardener Apply penetrating sealer designed for interior residential floors Finish should be natural matte not glossy and non slippery Clean up Vacuum and wipe down area after completion Minimise dust spread to surrounding areas Please include in quote All labour materials and equipment Estimated duration of works Drying time before walking and placing rugs Photos of similar residential jobs completed Notes This is a living space not a garage so finish quality matters I understand concrete will have natural variation and patching Happy to provide photos once carpet is lifted

Can we please get the walls and ceilings repainted in a standard white colour. The only change in colour will be the wall in the lounge area which is currently a horrible blue, it needs to be a white colour with a light tinge of light blue (Dulux colour to come). The doors on all the bedrooms to be repainted (3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) and possibly the kitchen cupboards as well. I've attached screenshots from the house and also the house plan. We really need this to be done on a budget so hopefully the price we set is realistic. We can't go much over what we are offering. We won't have furniture in the home and the floors will be getting replaced so mess isn't a problem.
