I'm looking for a decorator to repaint my bedroom. Work required: - Prepare and paint all walls white (currently off-white) -Paint the floor skirting -Repaint the ceiling white. - Prepare and paint the bedroom door and door frame white. -Paint skirting white - Fill and make good one crack in the wall. - Scrape back the loose paint in one small peeling area and make good before repainting. - Replace the bedroom door handle. Please see the attached photos of the crack and peeling paint. About the room: - Approximately 3.5m × 2.5m, with an irregular layout. - The walls have a textured finish. - I will move the furniture and smaller items out of the way and move the wardrobe forward to allow access behind it. Please include in your offer: - Estimated completion time.. - I will buy paint and materials, including replacement door handle. Please provide a fixed rate for the work and timeline for the job. I am not keen on daily rates that feel potentially open ended with pitential reasons to extend. I prefer a full review of the room first and then I am happy to adapt the rate if something is discovered in that review that will require more work and time. I would also welcome a separate optional quote for painting the brown windowsill white. I am undecided on having that done so in the message please add what that would cost. Thanks.
