Areas included: Living room Kitchen Landing and stairway Hallway Small WC and cloakroom All rooms (including ceilings) have been freshly plastered and are fully prepped — mist coat done, sanded, first coat applied, and sanded again. This is purely the finishing stage, so attention to detail and a clean, consistent finish is key. Scope includes: Final coat on all walls and ceilings Painting a banister (straight-line design) Painting the external front door and frame Everything is white throughout, except for: Two feature walls in the hallway (split top and bottom, different colour) Banister (separate colour provided) All paint and materials will be supplied (including Zinsser Bulls Eye 1-2-3 if needed). Hi, I’m looking for an experienced professional to prepare walls and ceilings for painting. The job includes: * Removing existing wallpaper * Smoothing and levelling uneven walls * Preparing walls and ceilings for painting (including filling, sanding, and priming if needed) *Painting walls and ceilings * Replacing skirting boards This is a one-bedroom flat. The work is required in the bedroom, living room, and hallway. Current condition: The walls are not even, which is why wallpaper was installed. I would like a smooth, paint-ready finish. P.S. I won’t be able to fully empty the rooms. I can remove smaller items, but larger furniture (such as a wardrobe, bed, and sofa) will need to stay and should be properly covered and protected during the work. I’m not in a rush, awaiting your quotes :)
