13 sqm hardwood terrace decking needs sanding and re-oiling. The deck is UV-damaged — faded, peeling finish, discoloured — but boards are structurally sound, no rot. Timber handrail cap also needs sanding and re-oiling to match. Scope of work: Power wash and allow to dry Sand entire deck surface (13 sqm) back to bare wood Sand timber handrail cap on glass balustrade Apply 2 coats of exterior hardwood decking oil (Osmo or Owatrol preferred) Clean up and remove any debris Access: apartment terrace, not ground level. Accessed through the flat. Lift available in building. No garden — this is a balcony terrace on a residential development. Location: W8, Holland Park. Gated development, will need to arrange access in advance. Please quote all-in including materials and labour. Looking to get this done within the next 2-3 weeks. Photos attached.

My plumber would have done it the other day but I needed to exchange the dishwasher from an integrated dishwasher to a freestanding due to the depth.
