Project Brief – Preliminary Trade Summary Request - easy take off task Scope of Works The project involves alterations and additions to an existing residential property, including: * Construction of a new swimming pool * Hard landscaping and associated retaining walls * Construction of a pool cabana, installation of awnings, and a new roof to the rear section of the residence Key Considerations Please note the following items that must be accounted for in the estimate: 1. A designated Tree Protection Zone (TPZ) 2. Presence of a Sydney Water asset on or near the site 3. The design of the swimming pool and side access ramp, as shown in the architectural drawings, takes precedence over the current engineering drawings. The structural documentation will be updated accordingly in the contract set. Estimate Requirements We require a preliminary cost estimate and trade take-off, using: * Basic square metre (m²) rates * Standard trade rates for residential construction * An approach that avoids underestimation while allowing for a sustainable builder’s margin to ensure profitability Deliverable Format Please prepare a Preliminary Bill of Quantities (BOQ) in the following format: * Trade Summary only (no detailed quantity breakdowns required at this stage) * Clear separation of trades (e.g. Excavation, Concrete, Carpentry, Electrical, etc.) * Include estimated unit rates and totals per trade package * Highlight any provisional sums or assumptions Please also make sure to check out the tender package when I accept your offer there is a scope of works section you will also need to fill out for the builder Once accepted I will send you the tender package

Hello. I have an older record turntable, amp and speakers set I was hoping to have someone take a look at. It worked very well up until a couple of years ago. Now the record player looks to operate (turns correctly) but a mosquito like noise comes out of the speakers which you can hear is the needle playing the track but no proper amplification. I had a friend who knows about that sort of thing come and have a look, he said he thought it might be an amp issue (sony brand). Ideally have someone attend to my location as it is set up at my house in Pascoe Vale South, or can be dismantled and brought to you if required. I would be so grateful if anyone knows their stuff could come and fix it.. I understand parts may cost extra. I just really miss playing records! Thanks anyone!
