Hello, I am looking for a skilled and reliable handyman/painter to complete this task. Job: • Repaint the 2 bed flat in white colour to freshen it up & Rectify and paint a small area of wall damage caused by an old minor leak • Paint 3x feature walls (2 bedrooms, 1 living room) - 2 coats • Paint 2x bathrooms in Light grey colour (walls only, no ceilings) •Paint woodwork in the flat - Egyptian Cotton colour (Skirting boards/Door frames) - I also need to Install 4x Pendant ceiling lights *The paints are in the flat (Dulux) , I have some paint brushes and rollers and dust sheets as well. If you have your own tools that's fine too. Anything else needed just let me know before, I see if I can help. ✅ Payment will be released immediately on completion of the task. 📅 Please review your availability carefully before accepting. Bathroom Electrical Wiring Work Required Looking for a licensed electrician to complete the following bathroom electrical work. The numbering below corresponds to the markings shown on the photos: Scope of Work (Electrical Wiring): 1. Install wiring and connection for LED Light 1 (niche LED). 2. Install wiring and connection for LED Light 2 (vanity LED). 3. Install wiring and connection for illuminated mirror. 4. Install and connect bathroom extractor fan. 5. Install bathroom light switch. 6. Install a concealed conduit/channel from floor level to an accessible box location for future cable access. Requirements: The bathroom switch should turn on the main light and both LED lights at the same time. Licensed and insured electrician. Neat and professional workmanship. Notes: Bathroom is fully stripped and ready for electrical work. I only require electrical wiring, connections, and any necessary connection accessories/adapters. I will install all remaining fixtures myself. The extractor fan is the only item that needs to be physically installed and connected. Item 6 only requires a conduit/channel and box to allow future cable access; no wiring is required for this item at this stage. Please provide your quote and availability. Our washing machine caused the apartment power supply circuit trip. I smell burnt wires near the machine. I have switched off the fuse for the machine and the flat power is restored. Need this fuse looked at and see if fuse needs replacing or machine. Separately a kitchen dimmer switch has become faulty - cant switch the light off on pressing the switch.
