Basically balls’d up the pipes under the bath, there was a leak I just went mad with plumbers putty now I can actually get it fixed by an expert. Also the electric shower won’t load so that would be nice to be fixed in thinking to just buy a completely new one and get an expert to fix it if he/she can’t figure out what’s wrong with it.

Plumber had to remove two wall tiles to fix shower. I have replacements but they need cutting and fitting. I can be very flexible with dates and times to suit.

in the ensuite bathroom: the water seems to be draining quite slowly after buidling up during shower in the shower base, and the toilet is making a noise whenever it's flushed. The same noise appears when water is used in the sink and when is going down the shower drain.

The hot water keeps going cold halfway through a shower. It then heats up again but the boilers clearly not managing it right. It's a Worcester Greenstar 30i ErP condensing combi boiler.

Looking for an experienced bathroom fitter to renovate a small bathroom (approx. 178 × 183 cm). Photos and proposed layout attached. Work required: • Remove existing bathtub, toilet and sink and replace current floor boards where leak/rotten. • Relocate toilet to the former bathtub area, using/adapting the existing soil pipe connection and removing unnecessary extended waste pipework. • Relocate sink as shown on the proposed layout. • Conceal all plumbing and waste pipes within walls or suitable boxing – no exposed pipework. • Create a walk-in wet room with a linear shower drain, appropriate floor gradients and waterproofing. • Retain existing shower fittings and their current position. No shower unit/enclosure or tray is needed. They want an accessible disable friendly bathroom. • Supply and install Altro safety vinyl wet-room flooring, ideally cap and cove. • Tile or install waterproof PVC panels across bathroom walls. • Supply and install an extractor fan vented externally, new hole, they don’t have any vents/existing. • Complete all finishing, sealing and waste removal. Looking for a clean, modern, low-maintenance finish that maximises the limited space. Please provide a quote with labour and materials, availability and expected completion time. As the family only have 1 bathroom available, timelines would need to be reasonable. Please ignore the budget listed. We may want to adjust the work needed so if there is a minimum charge please state this. If there are any aspects you cannot do please can you mention it within your quoted price so we can understand what isn’t included and check for separate quotes if needed. Thanks Aisha

So I have a retroid dual screen monitor. I've bought it to use on my Rog ally x. However the mount needs adjusting. There is a YouTube tutorial showing how to do it I just don't have the tools or time.
