Hi, this is the work I’m trying to done tv. It sounds worse than it is. I’ve found links to the equipment and installation arrangement I’d like to get quote for. 1. Motorised TV lift — Venset TS1000A https://www.avinstalls.co.uk/product/venset-ts1000a-motorised-television-screen-lift/ This raises and lowers the television by remote control. The supplier’s page has photographs showing the mechanism and a TV rising from behind furniture. 2. Floor mounting stand — Venset FM1000 https://www.avinstalls.co.uk/product/venset-fm1000-floor-stand-for-ts1000a/ This allows the lift to be securely mounted independently behind my existing cabinet, rather than fixing anything to the cabinet itself. 3. Manufacturer’s technical drawings and instructions https://www.venset.com/Product/?id=660&m=prodone My television is a 65-inch Samsung Frame. The existing decorative cabinet measures: * Width: 144 cm * Depth: 42 cm * Height: 82 cm I want the TV completely concealed behind the cabinet when lowered, and raised above it when in use. The work I’d like quoted: * Install and securely fix the motorised TV lift and floor stand behind the cabinet. * Remove the TV from its current wall bracket and mount it on the lift. * Make a simple recessed timber plinth, approximately 10 cm high if sufficient, to raise the cabinet. * Finish the plinth in dark red to match the existing cabinet. * Arrange the cables safely and test the remote-controlled mechanism. I don’t want any alterations to the original cabinet. Thank you!

We need the floor tiles in our shower regrouted and sealed as I believe there is water coming through them. The main goal is waterproofing here. Work required: * Inspect the shower floor and assess potential water ingress. * Remove old grout and regrout the floor using high-quality, water-resistant grout (ideally epoxy). * Remove and replace silicone seals along the shower edges and around the drain where appropriate.

The shower door is not closing properly because the magnetic strip does not seem to align or hold the door securely when closed. This may be due to a faulty or worn magnetic seal. Please inspect the shower door and magnetic strip to identify the issue. The magnetic seal may need to be adjusted, repaired, or replaced to ensure the door closes securely and prevents water from leaking out of the shower area. Please assess the issue and provide a quote for the necessary repair or replacement.
