My shower has good hot-water pressure, but the cold-water side is almost trickling. There is also an existing water/shower pump which may not be working properly. I need an experienced plumber/shower specialist who can identify the cause and fix the issue during the same visit. This may involve checking/replacing the shower cartridge, cleaning a blocked inlet/filter, checking valves/pipework, or removing/repairing/replacing the existing pump if necessary. I am looking for someone who can repair the problem. Please only make an offer if you have experience with low water pressure and mixer/power showers, shower pumps and can supply/install common replacement parts if required.

Description: We need an experienced and detail-oriented person to knock out a final snagging and touch-up paint list. The main decorating has already been done, so this is just about finishing off small spots, cutting in, glossing window sills, and a few quick exterior touch-ups. • Toilet seat – fixing bolts are badly corroded and will not unscrew. They will need to be carefully cut or drilled off without damaging the toilet, and a new toilet seat fitted. • Bath screen – fit a new plastic/rubber bottom seal to prevent water leaking underneath the screen. • TV cabinet – fit/replace magnetic catch or clip, as the cabinet door keeps opening. • Kitchen sink – remove old sealant where necessary and reseal around the sink with waterproof silicone. Please provide a quote for labour and availability. Ideally, all jobs to be completed in one visit.
