I have a concealed thermostatic shower valve (2 controls, 2 outlets – rainfall head + handheld) that isn’t working properly. Issues: Water only comes on when the flow control is turned almost fully around Temperature control is very sensitive – slight movement goes from very hot to cold There are no leaks, so I believe this is a cartridge issue (thermostatic + flow/diverter) rather than needing a full replacement. What I need: Diagnose the issue Replace or clean the internal cartridges if possible Get the shower working normally again Important: I’d like this repaired rather than replaced if possible It’s a concealed valve, so experience with these is important Please confirm if you have experience with cartridge replacement
