Supply and install vinyl flooring, kitchen and dining area, Warners Bay Description Looking for someone to supply and install vinyl flooring in our kitchen and dining area at Warners Bay NSW. The space is an existing kitchen with cabinets and appliances in place. Photos are attached for layout and finishes. The current flooring is sheet vinyl. I am happy to remove the fridge, washing machine, and existing flooring beforehand if required, or this can be included in your quote. Please specify what is included. We are open to different vinyl options but are after a modern, neutral look. Sheet vinyl or vinyl planks are both considered. Please include material options, thickness, brand, and warranty details in your quote. Job scope • Measure and supply vinyl flooring • Install vinyl flooring • Install trims or cover strips as required • Clean finish around cabinets and fixed joinery Access is easy and parking is available. Timing is flexible but ideally before 23rd of January. Please quote total price including materials and labour. Photos attached for reference. 1. Repair the damaged wall and floor area under the sink. • The plaster/putty around the pipes is cracked and broken. • This area needs to be cleaned, patched properly, sealed and made smooth. 2. Seal all gaps and holes around the pipes. • Especially around the drainage pipe and water pipes. • It must be watertight and pest-proof. 3. Apply waterproofing/epoxy coating to the wall and floor. • The inspector wants the whole section to be fully sealed and easy to clean.
