We are needing a form 15 and form 16 from you for the already established slab in 2017 certififying that it is adequate for a livable dwelling class 1a reclassification from a shed 10a. We started this process 2 years ago and found someone who was going to do the job but has since had neccsary life changes that he is no longer doing this work. I have photos that he asked for of the slab and measurements verifying vapour barrier thickness etc. We also need structural reassessment and plans to suit and Working Drawings if you want to take this job too.

I'd like help with all aspects of a DA application (environmental statements, water management plans, etc) for a small extension in the Lake Macquarie Council area. My property in Cardiff Heights suburb is in a "Bush Fire Prone Land" area. My property is zoned "Vegetation Buffer". Adjacent land adjoining my garden is zoned "Vegetation Category 1". Used to be a carpenter, broke my neck and due to get a pay out soon, I am looking at different options for land but found some around Innisfail / Tully - looking to do a Class 1a Shed kid Build - have some designs in mind but also keen for some input - have 12 months of building surveying under my belt and 15 yrs of carpentry so keen to find something I can do as an owner builder.
