I’m looking for someone experienced in decorating/plaster repairs to make good and repaint two areas that were damaged by a water leak from the flat above. The source of the leak has now been fixed and the affected areas have been dry for several months. Work required: * Assess the damaged areas and recommend the appropriate repair. * Remove any loose paint, filler or plaster. * Make good the surface as required. * Apply stain-blocking treatment if needed. * Repaint to leave a neat finish. Affected areas: 1. Bathroom ceiling corner above shower (approximately 0.5m²). 2. Wall in adjacent room with peeling/blown paint and minor surface damage (approximately 1m²).
