We have a door between the laundry and garage that has come off its hinges. Currently it’s just shoved back in but the hinges screws have come out - see photos. The door needs to be rehung, potentially new hinge required. We also require the paint to be patched up please if needed at the end. Hi there! This shed is made from concrete blocks with lots of joints - see pic I’d like the smaller joins - between the blocks sealed with silicone and the larger vertical gaps )where they meet at the steel frame with either silicone or spray foam and tidied up. The shed is 6.6m long by 5.5m wide so will need a fair bit of silicone. 1st image shows the space. 2nd shows where silicone was used to seal the top vertical gap. Happy to provide more pics if it helps Amount quoted is for material and labour.

A short segment Gutter attachment has fallen down on one side . The fascia looks fine. It needs to be reattached. It is currently partially being held up by an adjacent vent pipe. The space is a bit tight on the ground near the side where the gutter has dropped but should be okay for a ladder placement. The backyard shed has a fascia that has partially detached due to two screws breaking. It needs to be redrilled and re-screwed on. Okay for the old broken screws to be left in place. Quote to include labour and parts.
