Title: Fit dishwasher door panel and repair 2 door handles Location: Canary Wharf, London E14. Looking for an experienced handyman/carpenter to complete three jobs in one visit: 1. Integrated Bosch dishwasher panel I already have the replacement decorative door panel, new handle and Bosch mounting/fixing kit. - Remove existing mounting screws/fittings as needed and replace using the supplied kit. - Measure and drill the panel for the fittings and handle. - Fit and align the panel with surrounding kitchen units. - Check smooth opening/closing and clearance from the floor/plinth. No electrical or plumbing repair required. 2. Bathroom door handle The handle has detached and the material around the fixing holes is damaged. A previous repair used Everbuild 2-Part Wood Filler, which has hardened and bonded the decorative rose cover to the mounting plate. The affected handle assembly is now off the door. - Remove hardened filler and release the cover if practical. - Inspect the handles, spindle and latch for reuse. - Repair the damaged fixing area and securely refit using suitable fixings/through-bolts where compatible. - If a replacement handle is needed, agree the cost with me first. - Test the handle, latch and existing bathroom lock. 3. Storage-room door handle The mounting plate is pulling away from the door and the decorative cover is loose. - Inspect and repair stripped fixing holes or replace fixings as needed. - Securely refit the handles and covers and test the latch. Please bring all tools and suitable repair materials. Retain existing doors and handles where practical and minimise damage to the finish. Check any fire-door requirements before structural repairs. Photos available. Please quote for all three jobs, stating whether labour, travel, parking and minor materials are included. Agree additional parts with me before purchase. Please clean up afterwards.

Title: Handyman needed for bathroom repairs and minor household fixes Looking for an experienced handyman to complete several minor repairs in my flat. Ideally, I’d like all jobs completed in one visit. Please provide a fixed-price quote, including labour and any basic materials. Bathroom repairs (priority) 1. Bath not draining evenly: The bath does not appear to be level, so water pools in the middle. Please inspect and advise whether it can be adjusted to improve drainage. 2. Shower leak / resealing: The shower area is not properly sealed, allowing water to leak through. Please remove any failed sealant as necessary and reseal the affected area properly. 3. Loose bathroom tile: A tile has come loose following the water leak. Please investigate the affected area, refix the tile, regrout if required, and ensure the shower area is watertight. Other minor repairs 4. Door adjustment: The door does not close properly and needs adjusting as it rattles in the wind. 5. Loose toilet flush button: The toilet flush button is loose and needs to be secured or readjusted so it operates correctly. Kitchen cupboard / microwave 7. Microwave cupboard: improve ventilation for the microwave and ensure there is a hole so power can be supplied. 8. Drawer broken for cutlery in kitchen. Support on one side fallen out (nails need to be put back in). Please confirm which jobs you can complete, your earliest availability, and whether materials are included in your quote. I have provided photos of the affected areas. Thanks!
