I have bought an Omhu Teddy Corner Sofa (closed). It is held in place by metal bars which are chrome-plated steel. Unfortunately, they slip on my floor. Our back of the garden has leftover paving stones and my husbands grandparents used concrete (we think) to place them. We have tried removing them ourselves but haven’t had luck. I have a fire door FD30 installed with grade 11 hinges that needs intumescent strips and self close mechanism installed. The door has currenlty no groove for the strips so these will need to be created. I can provide the door closer mechanism and the strips. I will need all the relevant certificates to ensure compliance with the current regulations and possessing either FIRAS (Fire Accreditation Scheme), BM TRADA Q-Mark Fire Door Installation Scheme, BRE or equivalent passive fire protection training City & Guilds qualifications in carpentry with fire door modules.
