I have a fire door FD30 installed with grade 11 hinges that needs intumescent strips and self close mechanism installed. The door has currenlty no groove for the strips so these will need to be created. I can provide the door closer mechanism and the strips. I will need all the relevant certificates to ensure compliance with the current regulations and possessing either FIRAS (Fire Accreditation Scheme), BM TRADA Q-Mark Fire Door Installation Scheme, BRE or equivalent passive fire protection training City & Guilds qualifications in carpentry with fire door modules. We are looking for a cleaner for our family flat in London. The flat has: - 2 bedrooms - 2 large bathrooms - 1 small WC - 1 living room / reception room - 1 kitchen - 1 small hallway We are looking for someone who can help not only with normal cleaning, but also with tidying up and keeping the flat feeling organised overall. Tasks would include: - cleaning bathrooms and toilets - hoovering and mopping floors - general kitchen cleaning - loading / unloading the dishwasher - making the beds - general tidying throughout the flat - tidying children’s toys - picking up and folding clothes - putting clothes and other items back in the proper place - helping reset the flat so it feels clean, tidy, and organised overall A good sense of tidying up is very important to us. We are looking for someone who does not just clean around clutter, but who is also happy to put things back neatly and sensibly, as they would in their own home. We would also really appreciate someone with a good eye for detail — not just cleaning the obvious surfaces, but also noticing the smaller areas that are often missed, such as corners, around appliances, near or behind radiators/heaters, bookshelves, window areas and frames, on top of cupboards or wardrobes, and other places where dust or mess can build up over time. This is a family home with a young child, so there is often some normal day-to-day mess from toys, clothes, and family life. We are looking for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable helping with both cleaning and tidying. Please only apply if you are happy to help with both cleaning and general tidying/organising, rather than standard surface cleaning only. I am flexible on budged depending on time and experience . We have a large framed painting (84 × 115 cm) that we’d like to hang above the fireplace. Given its size, the frame doesn’t have a wire, instead, it will need to be mounted onto wall brackets. I’ve attached photos of the frame, the wall where it should go, the hooks on the back of the frame, and the brackets to be installed. Since it’s a precise job, I imagine a spirit level will be needed.
