Fit medium size Ikea kitchen / island with appliance. (2 tall units, 7 base unit and 1 wall unit) Cut filler panels on the spot for finishing, Has ability to do a bit of wiring work for stripe light and connect power for fridge/ extractor hood/ dishwasher / microwave/induction range cooker. We have all the water / power / ducted vent outlet ready so just the connection. The person(s) must have experienced dealing with this kind of job and have had install Ikea units before. P.s. I have third party company to do the worktops part so it's excluding in the job. The budget is based on Ikea dry fit quote so I assume it is a fair price for this job. I want to choose airtask because it fits me more flexibility on date. I will only need this job mid may as my kitchen units will only deliver early may. See photo The site is currently empty and my builder put outlet in place according to my design. And the old units will be removed, they only using now for cooking on site.

Details: - Location: chimney breast (solid brick) - TV: 55” Hisense (~15kg) - Mount: pull-down / gas-assisted (already purchased) - Wall type: believed to be solid masonry (chimney breast) - No existing bracket — fresh install Scope: - Securely install mount into brick (not plaster/mortar) - Ensure perfectly level and centred - Attach TV to mount - Adjust spring tension correctly so TV moves smoothly - Advise on and allow space for cable routing (no chasing required) Please confirm: - Experience with pull-down / fireplace mounts - That you will bring appropriate masonry fixings/anchors - Tools included (masonry drill, level, etc.) Flexible on timing over next week.
