I require a licensed builder, commercial fit-out contractor, architect, or experienced trades professional to provide a written estimate of works completed in a retail shop located at Liverpool, NSW. This estimate is required as supporting evidence for a NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT) matter. No physical work is required. I only need a professional estimate of the reasonable market cost of the works that were carried out. I will provide: • Photos of the shop • Description and photos of the works completed • Timeline of works Based on this information, please provide a written estimate of the reasonable cost of the following works: Installation of a metal stud partition wall inside the shop to create a kitchen area Installation of gyprock/plasterboard on the wall Paint on wall Installation of timber floorboards and joinery Installation of down lights by replacing tube lights and wiring inside gyprock with two switches Estimated cost of preparing restaurant architectural layout drawings Estimated cost of preparing HVAC ventilation plan drawings Estimated cost of preparing fire safety plan Installation of 8 cameras and CCTV system Sign writing, labels and logos at front. Photos and details will be provided once the task is accepted.

Hey, I know this isn't something I can learn in an hour. I just want to know how I can invest my money. I have CAD files of an extension I am planning on a build to an existing house. I drew them and can adjust them. 2 x double garages with lofts over the top, using pre engineered portal frame kits for the top levels. Need compliant engineering for the left slab and footings and bottom level using steel beams. Also engineering for the right hand bottom level to place the portal frames on top of. I have the engineering for the portal frames. Would be great to find someone we can work with on projects in the future
