Our big washing machine had already installed. But another small mini one need to share the waste pipe. We need to put a waste pipe joint splitter in a lower position for them both to be used . It’s quite an easy job because the lower place already had a joint, you just need to secure the splitter for two washing machine s pipe can both go in will be fine. Probably 45mins job won’t be more than one hour we think :) A plumber is needed. Thanks

Mitre two bits of skirting (will need a mitre saw) and attach to wall either side of fireplace (small so can be glued), and cut/attach wooden splashback to 2m of kitchen wall and silicone. Will need to remove the wooden shelves and reattach on top (one bit has already been done - in the photos). I have the splashback and the skirting.

1. To hang 3 mirrors on the wall (2 are quite heavy so I am not sure what fixings etc would be needed). The arch mirror below is to go above the fireplace 2.Secure a fireplace surround to the wall(picture below) 3. Hang 2 ceiling lights (both the same in separate rooms)

Replace Honeywell thermostat with wired smart Tado thermostat. Boiler engineer said wasn’t done correctly so disconnected the cable (but not sure if he was correct). Wiring already in place I think.

There’s a gap beneath my boiler that needs to be covered as it’s a possible entry point for mice. The pest control company has asked for a Perspex sheet to built and siliconed in place around the boilers paperwork. Would need to be custom fitted and make w a jigsaw. Thanks

Note: This is an organisation task, NOT a cleaning task. I live in a small 1-bedroom apartment and have accumulated a lot of stuff over the years, so there’s clutter everywhere. I’ve been meaning to properly organise and declutter for ages, but I never get around to it. I need help finally getting this done and setting up a system that actually works. What I need help with: Living room (2 cupboards): How to organise things like cables, skincare, and art supplies so they’re easy to find and not messy. Bedroom (dresser + small wardrobe + under bed): Decluttering clothes I haven’t worn in ages and other random things Storage areas (Under the stairs + outdoor shed): Organising bulkier items like the vacuum cleaner, fan, suitcases, shoes, etc. Kitchen: Loads of spray bottles for cleaning, cloths, and kitchen rolls/loo rolls. Goal: A simple, functional system where everything has a place and is easy to access and maintain. I'll work with you to say what we can throw out but I need you to lead it.
