Hey, I know this isn't something I can learn in an hour. I just want to know how I can invest my money. I'm not looking for guaranteed gains or anything like that, just want to learn all the terminology. I find things easier to learn when I'm learning with a human as opposed to some text on Reddit or a YouTube video, so just looking for someone who's down to teach me things. My initial budget is for just one hour of discussion around this. For context I'm looking to use the Webull app for this, and buying about 500-1K worth of shares per month. I'm not a day trader, I just want a nest egg in place of a superannuation as I'm self-employed and don't pay myself a wage/super. I just take dividends/profit.

I am required to use a wordpress site for my uni assignments, for the past year i havent really learnt how to use it so my posts are all over the place and links dont work. i want a cohesive asthetic site which can be easily navigated by my teachers. i just need all my posts put into one catagory "first year posts" then 4 more catagories under my subject names. and then a refresh maybe a template added.

I have CAD files of an extension I am planning on a build to an existing house. I drew them and can adjust them. 2 x double garages with lofts over the top, using pre engineered portal frame kits for the top levels. Need compliant engineering for the left slab and footings and bottom level using steel beams. Also engineering for the right hand bottom level to place the portal frames on top of. I have the engineering for the portal frames. Would be great to find someone we can work with on projects in the future
