I am looking for an experienced handyman with their own tools to complete a few jobs around the house. All materials (including the new fence panel) are provided by me. Tasks to be completed: Install 6 door locks: - 2 x Smith & Locke Medium Duty Push-Button locks - 1 x igloohome Keybox 3 Smart Lock Box - 3 x ERA 5 Lever Brass Mortice Sashlocks Fence work (see attached pictures): - Install 1 brand new wooden fence panel. - Fix 1 existing wooden fence panel back into place in the concrete posts. Install cable trunking: Fit trunking to neatly route and cover a power wire for a freezer. Please let me know your availability and quote for the work.

’ve had a fire door inspection on my flat entrance door (Croydon, CR0) and need a minor compliance fix. The report identified that the gaps around the door exceed the recommended 2–4mm (currently ~5.5mm and 7mm), and need adjusting to meet fire safety standards. I’ve attached the report — please could you confirm: Whether this can be resolved via adjustment (hinges/seals etc.) Estimated cost Availability in the next couple of weeks This is a compliance fix only (not a replacement door).
