Five(5) "Emergency Light - Rectangular (at least 7-8W, battery must last at least 3 hours.)" units will be purchased and installed. Certificates and necessary FIRE ALARM TEST LOG BOOK documents will be prepared for the Fire Alarm System. *Two CAT6 cables will be run to each of the three different corners on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors. They will be concealed within white trunking. The work must be carried out in accordance with UK standards and the London Camden Borough Council Multi-Story Housing Standards, and the necessary certifications must be prepared. Those who cannot provide the required certifications should not submit a bid. This is a normal house and the HMO Certificate will be renewed. There is 1 Studio Flat on the first floor. 2 Studio Flats on the second floor. 2 Studio Flats on the third floor. There are a total of 5 Studio Flats.

Recently had my kitchen tap installed (pic included) however its not pulling up like it should. It either needs to be reinstalled or fixed. I have a video the place i bought it from provides to show how it should be done. ** Please let me know what DATES / TIMES you could do if applying, thanks** I need someone with a van to transport my items equivalent to 7 large suitcases plus a queensized mattress from N5 to N11 on either sat 4th, Mon 6th or Tues 7th April. Ideally Mon 6th. Please let me know - what dates / times you're available if you are able to do this task - how many people it would be (1 or 2).It could be 1 person as I can help carry. The collection is on the lower ground floor flat, and drop off is at a storage place with lift. Id need to go in the van with you so I can let you into the storage place. We would agree and confirm the collection time and date when confirming the task, and after that it can't be changed as I have to arrange other things around it. Thank you
