Need plastering done urgently for kitchen renovation. Plasterer was booked and paid for and has not showed up. Required is: fire check for the back wall where stove is and aqua for the wall under where the window is, everything else normal plaster. Window frame needs a “reveal” as we’re not having an architrave to fit cabintry. And hole in ceiling needs to be filled. This needs to be finished before Friday. Any time of day is fine for the next two days I don’t care just need it done. Measurement of walls are: Left wall- 2850 Back wall- 2315 Right side - 1620 Little section next to sliding door - 460

Airbnb Cleaner Needed – Reliable & Detail-Oriented I’m looking for someone to clean the property today, who will hopefully be suitable as an additional cleaner to help with Airbnb turnovers to ensure the space is always spotless and guest-ready. The job includes: • General cleaning of all rooms (vacuum, mop, dust, wipe surfaces) • Thorough bathroom and kitchen clean • Changing and making beds with fresh linen • Emptying bins and replacing liners • Restocking essentials (toilet paper, tea/coffee, etc.) • Making sure the place feels welcoming and ready for the next guest Two laundry loads will also need to be complete, as linen is white and towels are black. On-site laundry facilities may be used during the clean.
