I’m setting up an at home radio studio which will also feature a video live stream. I need someone to place LED strips around the perimeter of the room along the base of the wall. I’m renting so 3M hooks must be used. Strips being installed are TP Link Tapo L930s. 3M hooks can be provided although if you have some and can provide for reimbursement, I’m happy to do this too. Person installing strips must provide photo evidence of previous installations. Very important that LED strip hotspots are not visible. Lighting effects must be clean wash. Must be comfortable with precise placement as 2 separate zones must be created. These strips cannot be cut. Excess strip must be well hidden/or placed. Room is 3.7x4.9. One of the. 4.9 sides does not need to be covered. One of the. 3.7 is cut slightly short by a built-in robe.

I am looking for an experienced and reliable fit-out team for a 59sqm shop located near train Station, Sydney, which will be converted into a restaurant. The shop is currently a bare shell / empty premises, so I need a team that can manage the project from start to finish, including design, drawings, approvals, and full construction. Ideally, I want a team with restaurant or commercial kitchen fit-out experience, and who understands the requirements for CDC or OC approval. Scope of work includes, but is not limited to: • Full shop fit-out design and planning • Restaurant / kitchen layout design • Grease trap / oil waste setup • Fire services / fire compliance works • Floor waste / drainage / cutting or trenching works • Air conditioning installation or modification • Full plumbing and electrical works • Wall, floor and ceiling fit-out • Coordination with third parties if required, such as structural engineer, mechanical engineer, certifier, etc. • Assistance with CDC / OC / council-related approval process and final compliance What I am looking for: • Previous experience in restaurant, café, takeaway, or commercial kitchen fit-outs • Ability to handle the full project end-to-end • Familiarity with Sydney compliance, fire, ventilation, drainage, and approval requirements • Clear communication, realistic timeline, and detailed quotation • Previous project photos or portfolio preferred Budget / pricing: I have some rough reference figures in mind, but pricing is negotiable.
