Replace around 11 spotlights with new ones. We have already purchased these. You do not need to be an electrician. Both the old and new lights are powered by plugging into standard sockets. So it's simply taking them out, swapping them and clicking them into place. The ceiling is very high at points, so you will need a high step ladder. Our 3-step ladder isn't tall enough.

Need a neat and attention to detail cleaning job. (sorry about the mess, it will be packed by the time you arrive so we can just load up a trailer and go) - dresser - ikea desk (with the two alex drawers) - gaming chair - 3x4 cube shelf - queen sized mattress - queen size bed frame (that will need to be disassembled, i will try to disassemble myself if needed but happy to tip extra if you do it yourself) - couple (10 or less) small boxes - front lip box (about 2.5m in length?) i am looking to leave as DISCREETLY without anyone knowing, so need someone or people who are quick and fast. pretty much load and unload, no need for building ◡̈ generous tipper, so i will be super grateful for your help.
