A ground floor kitchen has a louvre window close to the gas cooker, that provided ventilation as there is no extractor. A tenant accidentally smashed it and I want the glass and mechanism replaced, handle on the right side. The metal poles on the outside are there to stop someone trying to gain access by lifting out the glass panes, and they must remain in place.

Tasks to be completed: Install 6 door locks: - 2 x Smith & Locke Medium Duty Push-Button locks - 1 x igloohome Keybox 3 Smart Lock Box - 3 x ERA 5 Lever Brass Mortice Sashlocks Fence work (see attached pictures): - Install 1 brand new wooden fence panel. - Fix 1 existing wooden fence panel back into place in the concrete posts. Install cable trunking: Fit trunking to neatly route and cover a power wire for a freezer. Please let me know your availability and quote for the work.
