I have a timber floor joist which requires lowering to accommodate a shower base. The space below is usable, so I want to the joist to be as shallow as practicable. Steel is to be considered if it helps minimise the depth. I'll want drawings/plans, calculations to show deflection, and RPEQ sign-off. See the joist with notches. I can provide all required measurements.

Need a NSW registered HVAC provider to issue a CoC for ventilation in a soundproof meeting pod. We have ventilation specifications demonstrating airflow/ventilation for the pod vastly exceeds ambient airflow recommendations, but certifier requires a certificate to signoff in NSW. We need certificate for TWO pods and can provide drawings and fan airflow specifications - should be OK to do online, but please advise if need to view installed pods in person (Sydney city).
