I am looking for someone to install a 1.8m pailing fence (privacy fence) There is no existing fence. You will need to dig post holes. The fence will be in an L Shape, down the side of a house and across the back of the house. There is a slight dog leg in the back portion of the fence. Total length of fence is 45 metres. I can send a plan or feel free to take a look before you quote. If you know what you are doing probably don't need to look. Reasonably flat, back section across the back of house has probably 1 metre to 1.5 metre fall.. As well as quote let me know when you can do the job. PS I have listed a price, but realize it will be more than that, so quote away

We have an small unfurnished 3 bedroom house in Prospect 2148 (Blacktown) with cypress pine that we are looking to have sanded, stained, polished totalling around 77sqm. There is a newish extension of the house that has bamboo flooring so we would ideally like to stain the pine to a similar colour to match as best as possible. Water based polyurethane for polish that is toddler and dog friendly. Floor is in reasonable condition with mainly wear and tear but may require some putty and gap filling. Job can commence within next 5-7 days. More detailed photos or physical inspection can be arranged on request.

Over 388cm lounge width. + one other small section. So will need saw. And brackets/screws. & potentially 1 or 2 pieces of wood for join.
