Looking for someone to repair a torn flyscreen on my sliding security screen door. The frame and door are in good condition, but the mesh has been ripped by a dog and needs replacing. The entire mesh panel will need to be replaced, so please supply the mesh and any materials needed (spline etc.) and include this in your price. Standard flyscreen mesh is fine — pet-resistant mesh not required as we’ll be moving out soon.

Looking for someone to build or at very least plan and instruct if it’s simple enough for a low not direct ground contact backyard large area deck for a cubby house with attached kids “cafe” kitchen (not mud use). I had planned for us constructing ourselves however realising how sloppy our yard is it’s definitely harder. We just want to not have the whole cubby rot in a year being flat on ground level. I’m in a wheel chair though and have full yard access but can also step up a small step so not needing a ramp at this time thank you. The size we had planned was to reflect the whole large cubby and “cafe” which would have a fair space around the perimeter of it that allowed for “parking” his cars and bikes in the front (inside the cafe when not in use, it will have fake grass pinned down in there we already purchased), and outside of the cubby enough room for his picnic table for picnics that will just be moved inside and he can ride the perimeter up and down the front of the length of the deck and back around the “cafe” if that makes sense. Attached is photos of the cubby and cafe and the size diagram. Photos of the deck idea we originally had in mind. Photos of the yard is where we had planned but doesn’t show the slop well, but also doesn’t show the whole of our homes yard for safety it’s much large. Hubby and son are keen to get in and help get this done for our little guy and his cousins as well if that’s of help. There is a fence photo with a dog kennel, this if clicked on may demonstrate the type of slop we are on. Please don’t offer if you aren’t aware of Victorian standards of decking placement and measurements. We do not wish for an item requiring a permit.

I need our carport fenced off with a gate. It’s just a preventative measure for our dog so doesn’t need to be anything fancy we just want something simple and cost effective. I have attached the approx. measurements on the photos. You could possibly utilise the existing carport posts and brick wall to attach the fence but will probably need posts for the gate.
