We have a ceiling fan that needs to be installed in our bedroom. It’s remote controlled so we wont need the switch, just connecting the fan to the ceiling and electrical. Our house is a townhouse with the bedrooms on the bottom level. There is no attic or crawl space to access the ceiling so it’s slightly more difficult than a standard insulation. Handyman Job Request – Fascia/Gutter Repair There are some small rusted spots and holes along the top edge of the fascia/gutter (as shown in the photos). I need these holes patched or sealed to stop water from leaking through and to make sure the water flows properly when it rains.
