We have got an external blind for window. Its size is 1800 mm x 2100 mm. We need someone to install ASAP. The top (including pelmet) needs to be screwed to the timber frame around the window. The window is located about 1.5m high, the top window is about 3.6 m from ground and will require a ladder.

Need a leaking aircon serviced. I’ve taken the cover off and it appears theirs no direct leak but a build up of condensation. The unit is above the system and uses a condensate pump to push overflow up but it’s less than 2 years old. You’ll need a 6m ladder to get up onto the roof where the unit is located if needed.

I have 4 existing Ethernet cables, one pre-wired to each corner of my double-storey house (already exiting through soffit/eaves). For each corner: I will be using 2 PoE cameras back-to-back (front + side or front + rear) I already have the Ethernet splitters (no supply required). Existing hole in soffit/eaves is already drilled. Scope of work: -Feed the second Ethernet cable through the existing soffit/eaves hole (no new internal cabling required). -Route cable neatly to the second camera position at the same corner. -Mount and secure 2 cameras per corner (8 cameras total) back-to-back as shown in photos -Ensure cabling is tidy, weather-safe, and discreet -No internal wall work required Notes: This is primarily a mounting and external cable routing job. No trenching, no internal ceiling access, no new Ethernet runs House is a new build. -Must be comfortable working at height -Own ladder and own tools required, may need a fishing cable. -Photos attached showing camera positions and existing cabling. I have 8 cameras ready to be mounted. Need this done asap.

We’re looking for someone to hang this approx 1x1.5M artwork on the wall at the end of the stair well. It has a landing with 3 wide steps underneath so you will need to bring an adjustable ladder. We’d like it to be hung as securely as possible - we suggest 2 hooks to be nailed Into the wall if possible (as suggested by the framer) and not the sticky 3M pads/hooks. Weighs about 3kg-5kg.
