Whether the quote includes labour, materials, and any access equipment (it’s a ground floor/first floor property, so scaffolding shouldn’t be needed). For reference, I understand small crack repairs are usually in the £100–£300 range, and patch repairs (1–2m²) £250–£450, with window frame resealing typically £107–£310 per window.
