I’d like to: • Remove and dispose of the 2 existing panels. • Replace them with new clear polycarbonate skylights (around 5 m each). • Add 2 more clear skylight panels in the middle section for extra brightness. • Ensure all panels are UV-blocking and heat-reducing (e.g. Suntuf SolarSmart Clear or Laserlite 3000 Clear Heat Reduction). • Seal and secure everything neatly with the correct fixings to match the corrugated metal roof profile. I need two new internal doors hung (Hume 820x2040x35mm MDF, pre-primed). One will need trimming by about 15–20mm to clear tiles and the cut edge sealed. Also need a small wall section repaired (plaster damage) and a narrow ceiling strip above a bedroom window patched where a curtain track was removed (about 3m long x 25mm wide). Doors, hinges, handles, paint, and ladder are supplied – you’ll need to bring screws and tools. Easy elevator access (no stairs). Painting will be done separately – this job is just to hang the doors and repair the wall and ceiling so they’re ready for paint. Budget is $600 for labour only.
