Take out and dispose of old kitchen and install new kitchen. The flat pack package will consist of roughly 11 easy to assemble units, 7 decor accessories, 3 plinths, 2 appliances (integrated dishwasher and integrated extractor hood), 1 sink, 1 tap, 4 worktops and 15 other items. Will need sink to be replumbed alongside installing dishwasher. I will be keeping my current gas hob so will need that reinstated. This is based on a package I selected with wren kitchens and have already put a deposit down for. (I also have a like for like package with howdens as an alternative)

Details: - Location: chimney breast (solid brick) - TV: 55” Hisense (~15kg) - Mount: pull-down / gas-assisted (already purchased) - Wall type: believed to be solid masonry (chimney breast) - No existing bracket — fresh install Scope: - Securely install mount into brick (not plaster/mortar) - Ensure perfectly level and centred - Attach TV to mount - Adjust spring tension correctly so TV moves smoothly - Advise on and allow space for cable routing (no chasing required) Please confirm: - Experience with pull-down / fireplace mounts - That you will bring appropriate masonry fixings/anchors - Tools included (masonry drill, level, etc.) Flexible on timing over next week.
